This privacy policy covers the treatment of personal data carried out through the website sbgs.hvsdigital.ch in respect of the swiss federal Act on data protection (FADP) and, when applicable, of the general Regulation on data protection of the european Union (GDPR).
Data processed
We process data that you communicate to us voluntarily via email or phone, such as name, contact details, membership organization and content of the request. During the navigation, the technical systems can also record the IP address, type of browser, device, date and time of the request, the pages you have visited and the information necessary for the safety and the correct operation of the site.
Purposes and legal bases
- respond to requests for information and prepare any proposals for consulting;
- manage relationships of pre-contractual and contractual obligations;
